Can I order a custom print?

Yes, we offer personalization options and can even craft a custom railway or metro print just for you. Please note, these bespoke designs are priced higher due to the significant amount of work involved in their creation. Please contact us for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options depending on your region. Please see our checkout page for a full list of accepted payment methods.

Where do you print viaduct maps?

Most orders are printed and delivered from within your country. We collaborate with trusted local partners to ensure efficient and responsible production and shipping, reducing our environmental impact and providing faster delivery times.

How are the prints packaged and shipped?

Prints are carefully packaged in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use reliable shipping services.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies based on your location. After processing your order, shipments to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland typically take between 4 to 8 business days.

What is your return policy?

We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing our products, as we aim to minimize our environmental footprint and avoid unnecessary shipping. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note, customized prints are non-returnable unless there is a defect or damage during shipping. Be aware that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Are the displayed rail networks accurate and complete?

In most cases, yes. However, accuracy and completeness are not the primary objectives of our railway maps. As a design product, these maps are created with aesthetic considerations in mind, rather than focusing on detailed accuracy. Do not use viaduct maps for route planning.

What type of paper do you use for the prints?

All our prints are produced on high-quality, white, matte paper featuring a smooth, natural finish. This ensures sharp detail and lasting durability. We use archival-grade 200 gsm/80 lb paper, specifically chosen to preserve the vibrancy and precision of all our viaduct artworks for years to come.

What data source do you use?

We primarily use data from OpenStreetMap, which we carefully curate and enhance with additional national or European data sources. This approach ensures you receive the most current and community-driven information available. As active contributors to OpenStreetMap, we also regularly submit corrections and updates.

What language are the prints?

The train station labels are in the country-specific or native language, adding an authentic touch to each piece. However, titles like "Rails in Germany" are always in English. If you're interested in a version with a personalized title or a title in a non-English language, feel free to contact us. Please note that this customization comes with an added fee.

Do you offer framing options for prints?

Currently, we do not offer framing services. Our prints are shipped unframed and without passepartouts, allowing you to select a frame that best matches your decor. We offer various print sizes, all designed to fit standard frames, including those available at IKEA.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! When you buy any two or more prints, you automatically get a 10% discount on your entire order at checkout. Please note, this is the only discount currently available.
